Check-in: 3-6 pm at the Pavilion, requests for late arrivals can be made in advance.
Check out: 12 pm, key (and tablet) must be returned to staff upon checkout. There is a $40 fee for lost keys.
Children: All children under 14 years of age must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Pets: Must be booked in pet-friendly cabin, well-behaved pets under 50lbs welcome. If pets are left in cabin unattended they must be crated. There is a limit of one pet per pet-friendly cabin. There is a $50/night pet fee to bring the pet that will be charged at the time of check-in. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be added for any pet "accidents".
Cleaning: In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, the turnover of the cabin is done every two nights. If you require an extra turnover service there will be a $100 fee. An additional $150 fee will be assessed if a heavy cleaning, up to & including; stains, spills, bodily fluids, etc.
Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found inside the cabins. Smoking is allowed on the decks and where smoking receptacles are provided. All smoking trash must be placed in proper receptacles.
Fires: No fires or candles may be lit in or around cabins and decks. Bonfires and campfires must remain in designated areas and are only allowed when supervised by Gather Greene staff.
Tablets: Tablets available to be checked out with $250 deposit, returnable when the tablet is checked back in without damage. Any damage to the tablet will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount of $250.
Lost Key Fee: There is a $40 charge for any lost keys.
Phone Reservations: All reservations made by phone are subject to $50 administrative fee.
Authorization: A valid credit card will be authorized at the time of check-in for any incidental charges. Any remaining difference will be refunded to your account 7-10 business days after check-out.
Wedding Guests: A full refund is available for cancellations made 3 months or more prior to the check in date. Any changes/ transfers of cabins after the 3 month period will incur a $50 Administrative Fee. The Administrative Fee is charged per cabin. Early checkouts will not be refunded.
Non-Wedding Guests: A full refund is available for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made 13-3 days prior to check-in date receive a full refund minus the $50 Administrative Fee. The Administrative Fee is charged per cabin. Early check out will not be refunded. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in are subject to the full cost of the stay. Partial cancellations within the two weeks or 72 hour cancellation periods will follow our standard cancellation policy.
